Diehl & Associates Management Consulting LLC operates on the premise that we should only accept assignments where we have the skills and the capacity to serve the client. We feel that being able to forecast a successful outcome of every project is the legacy of our mission.
Our commitment is that we spend time with the decision makers and their designees to assess the scope of the project. Our goal is to identify the expected outcome of the project and to project a mutually acceptable time line for a solution.
Communication is the essence of the consultant's contribution to your project. The style and extent of reporting is one of the first objectives that we identify. Our position is that good two-way communication is vital to every assignment. The client must provide candid response to the investigative effort in analyzing the issues. The consultant must also communicate in a candid dialogue.
Telling the client what they want to hear opposed to what they need to hear is unethical.
Our objective is to involve the client's employees in examining and resolving challenges that are presented in the scope of the project. In this way, we mentor the employees to continue to serve the client after the consultant has completed the project.
